	We supposed that OTRS is installed to ``/opt/otrs``. If OTRS is installed to a different directory, then you have to change the path in the commands or create a symbolic link to this directory. 	To run OTRS, you'll also need to use a web server as reverse proxy and a database server. Apart from that, you should install Perl and/or install some additional Perl modules on the OTRS machine.
