If the customer user clicks on an entry, the corresponding ticket is displayed in the :doc:`ticket-detail-view`. If the customer user clicks on the blue circle next to the title the ticket notifications can be set to read or unread.
Si l'utilisateur clique sur une entrée, le ticket correspondant est affiché dans la vue :doc:`ticket-detail-view`. Si l'utilisateur clique sur le cercle bleu à côté du titre, les notifications du ticket peuvent être définies comme lues ou non lues.

This view displays all notifications with their date and time, regardless of whether they are marked as read or unread. Unread notifications have bold titles. When the customer user hovers the mouse over an entry in the list, the entry is highlighted.
Cette vue affiche toutes les notifications avec leur date et leur heure, qu'elles soient marquées comme lues ou non lues. Les avis non lus ont des titres en gras. Lorsque l'utilisateur client passe la souris sur une entrée de la liste, celle-ci est mise en évidence.

The bell icon in the meta navigation bar informs the customer user about new unread ticket notifications. If the bell icon has an additional green circle, there are new unread notifications. When the customer user hovers over the icon, a short overview of the last five ticket notifications is displayed.
L'icône de la cloche dans la barre de navigation méta informe l'utilisateur client des nouvelles notifications de ticket non lues. Si l'icône de la cloche est accompagnée d'un cercle vert, cela signifie qu'il y a de nouvelles notifications non lues. Lorsque l'utilisateur survole l'icône, un bref aperçu des cinq derniers avis de contravention s'affiche.
