If not activated the `SysLog` module will use the system default configurations to contact the `syslog` service. Available Socket Types: - "_Unix Domain Socket_": connects to the `syslog` service using a unix domain socket. The `Socket` field has to have the socket path for the `syslog` unix domain socket. If not specified the default value of `/dev/log` will be used. - "_Network Socket_": connects to the `syslog` service using a network socket. The `Socket` field has to have the address in the format: `hostname:port`. For example, `syslog.example.com:514`.
