If the customer user clicks on an entry, the corresponding ticket is displayed in the :doc:`ticket-detail-view`. If the customer user clicks on the blue circle next to the title the ticket notifications can be set to read or unread.
Ha az ügyfél-felhasználó rákattint egy bejegyzésre, akkor a megfelelő jegy a :doc:`ticket-detail-view` képernyőn kerül megjelenítésre. Ha az ügyfél-felhasználó a cím mellett lévő kék körre kattint, akkor a jegyértesítés olvasottra vagy olvasatlanra állítható.

This view displays all notifications with their date and time, regardless of whether they are marked as read or unread. Unread notifications have bold titles. When the customer user hovers the mouse over an entry in the list, the entry is highlighted.
Ez a nézet jeleníti meg az összes értesítést a dátumukkal és idejükkel együtt, függetlenül attól hogy olvasottként vagy olvasatlanként vannak megjelölve. Az olvasatlan értesítések félkövér címmel rendelkeznek. Ha az ügyfél-felhasználó egy bejegyzés fölé húzza az egeret a listában, akkor az elem kiemelésre kerül.

The bell icon in the meta navigation bar informs the customer user about new unread ticket notifications. If the bell icon has an additional green circle, there are new unread notifications. When the customer user hovers over the icon, a short overview of the last five ticket notifications is displayed.
A meta navigációs sávban lévő harang ikon tájékoztatja az ügyfél-felhasználót az új olvasatlan jegyértesítésekkel kapcsolatban. Ha a harang ikon egy további zöld körrel is rendelkezik, akkor új olvasatlan értesítések vannak. Ha az ügyfél-felhasználó rámutat az ikonra, akkor az utolsó öt jegyértesítés rövid áttekintése jelenik meg.
