If the customer user clicks on an entry, the corresponding ticket is displayed in the :doc:`ticket-detail-view`. If the customer user clicks on the blue circle next to the title the ticket notifications can be set to read or unread.
Se o usuário cliente clicar em uma entrada, o ticket correspondente será exibido no :doc:`ticket-detail-view`. Se o usuário do cliente clicar no círculo azul ao lado do título, as notificações de ticket poderão ser definidas como lidas ou não lidas.

This view displays all notifications with their date and time, regardless of whether they are marked as read or unread. Unread notifications have bold titles. When the customer user hovers the mouse over an entry in the list, the entry is highlighted.
Esse modo de exibição exibe todas as notificações com sua data e hora, independentemente de estarem marcadas como lidas ou não lidas. As notificações não lidas têm títulos em negrito. Quando o usuário cliente passa o mouse sobre uma entrada na lista, a entrada é realçada.

The bell icon in the meta navigation bar informs the customer user about new unread ticket notifications. If the bell icon has an additional green circle, there are new unread notifications. When the customer user hovers over the icon, a short overview of the last five ticket notifications is displayed.
O ícone de sino na barra de navegação meta informa o usuário do cliente sobre novas notificações de tickets não lidos. Se o ícone de sino tiver um círculo verde adicional, haverá novas notificações não lidas. Quando o usuário cliente passa o mouse sobre o ícone, uma breve visão geral das últimas cinco notificações de ticket é exibida.
